A Latte Fun is NOT a Full Service Child care center. Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior at all times. Supervisors in the Playground are there to assist with play, reinforce playground rules and keep equipment & toys in order.

Parents may enjoy the café area while children are in the Playground IF:

Child is 2 years old or older and/or can play and climb independently

They are happy-If a crying child cannot be consoled, the parent or guardian will take child out of the playground

They obey supervisors instructions- after 2 warnings, child will be asked to “take a break” with parent. Parent or guardian will be notified of any child’s misbehavior. A Latte Fun staff reserves the right to deny access to any child as a result of continued behavior problems.

General Playground rules:

Socks must be worn by parents AND children

No outside Food or Drink NO EXCEPTIONS

No roughhousing

One at a time on slides and trampoline

No fighting

No screaming or excessive loud noise

Respect equipment, toys and others

No toys on trampoline or slide

No sharp or glass objects or clothing. Please leave toys at home or outside playground area.

For safety reasons, A Latte Fun staff reserves the right to refuse admittance to a child if the number of children exceeds capacity

All Members must comply with all of A Latte Fun Indoor playground and café policies and procedures. The policies and procedures may be amended by A Latte Fun. Admission or renewal of membership may be denied if, in the sole discretion of A Latte Fun, the Member consistently or materially failed to observe A Latte Fun policies and procedures or has otherwise behaved in a manner contrary to the best interest of A Latte Fun or its members.

Health Related Issues

Risk of Illness or Injury. The Member is also aware of the risk of injury inherent in any playground setting. Although A Latte Fun works diligently to provide a safe environment, certain risks, whether inherent in the program itself or caused by the actions of other participants in the program, are unavoidable. In that regard, the Member acknowledges that A Latte Fun has limited ability to control the actions and conduct of other users of the facility and acknowledges that another user of the facility, through his negligence or misconduct, may cause injury or harm to the Member or his Family. The Member accepts the common risks associated therewith by becoming a Member and participating and having his children participate at A Latte Fun.

Illness. If any adult or child Member is ill, he/she should not enter the facility until they are well again. A Latte Fun reserves the right to ask any adult or child using the facility to leave the premises if they are ill and management determines, in their sole discretion, that such illness presents a risk to either the user or other users of the facility. A Member must also be aware that exposure of the Member and the Member’s children to diseases is an inherent problem in any place where multiple people congregate and especially a play care facility. The Member accepts the common risks associated therewith by becoming a Member and participating and having his children participate in the Club’s programs.

Emergency. The Members hereby release A Latte Fun and its personnel from all liability with respect to any emergency care provided. The Member further acknowledges that A Latte Fun does not have a medical staff available and can provide only such emergency or other medical treatment as the common layperson can provide and must rely on EMS and hospital personnel to provide any additional emergency and medical care.

Member’s Responsibilities.

Member’s Responsibilities. The Member assumes full responsibility for himself/herself and anyone who becomes a Member under this Agreement, including any children or caregiver, and shall indemnify A Latte Fun, its employees, agents and officers against any and all liability incurred by any negligent or willful act of the Member, caregiver or child.

Stay at Premises. Member agrees that he/she or the caregiver shall remain on A Latte Fun premises at all times while their child is on the premises and the Member agrees to assume all risks that may occur should the Member or caregiver leave the premises.

Miscellaneous

Valuables and personal belongings. Member should not bring valuables onto the Club premises as the facility, as a place of public accommodation, cannot ensure that they can be stored in a manner securing them from theft. If a Member does bring valuables, he/she is solely responsible for their safekeeping and should not allow such valuable out of their sight and possession. A Latte Fun, its agents, officers or employees shall not be liable for the loss, theft of, or damage to the personal belongings of Members or their guests.

Member grants A Latte Fun permission to interview and/or to use member’s likeness in photograph(s)/video in any and all of its publications and in any and all other media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by A Latte Fun, in perpetuity, and for other use by A Latte Fun. Member will make no monetary or other claim against A Latte Fun for the use of the interview and/or the photograph(s)/video.
